"SCALEBAN" will take responsibility for the operation and performance management of the "SCALEBAN" system, with a dedicated team deployed at the site for day-to-day monitoring / operation of the cooling tower circuit.
This model enables industries to explore a Zero-CAPEX, lower-OPEX pathway toward water conservation and ZLD objectives.
The objective is simple: help industries reduce water-treatment costs, maximize water reuse and achieve their ZLD objectives without adding the conventional capital and energy burden of RO and MEE-based systems.
"SCALEBAN" solution is a combination of "SCALEBAN" Equipment, "SCALEBAN" specialty chemicals and "SCALEBAN" Filtration system by which high TDS Wastewater can be successfully utilized directly in cooling towers in place of fresh water without affecting the plant performance.
By integrating the "SCALEBAN" solution in the cooling tower circuit, the system can be operated at very high TDS up to 250000ppm (25%) by ensuring Zero scale, Corrosion and Biofouling free operations of the entire cooling tower circuit.
The "SCALEBAN" solution enables the cooling tower to operate at a high Cycle of Concentration (COC) of 15–20, significantly reducing blowdown up to 90%. This results in a substantial reduction in makeup water demand and minimizes wastewater generation at the plant.
